  • The Factory Automation Systems segment helps to prompt the evolution of manufacturing by providing solutions that include factory automation equipment such as automation systems that contribute to improved quality and efficiency, mechatronics products such as electrical-discharge and laser processing machines for micromachining applications, electrical facilities and instrumentation systems for ensuring consistent operation of plants and factories.

  • The Building Facilities segment handles substation equipment for receiving electric power, uninterruptible power supplies and other equipment that supports information and industry infrastructure, LED lighting, air-conditioning equipment, residential facilities equipment and other equipment for enhancing comfort of daily life. It also handles building management systems, energy management systems, and ZEB solutions that ensure optimal operation of the aforementioned.

  • The Infrastructure segment underpins safety and security of society by providing electric products for rolling stock and other vehicles, substation equipment for receiving electric power, and telecommunication equipment to railway operators, in addition to products that contribute to the development of social infrastructure, such as traffic safety systems, air-traffic control systems, local disaster-damage prevention systems, photovoltaic power generation systems and lithium-ion batteries.
